Owner access

Page owners sign in through Facebook and see only the brand workspace for a Page they can currently manage.

Meta will only show Pages where your Facebook account has messaging or Page-management access.

On iPhone or Android, your phone may open the installed Facebook app. Otherwise the same secure Meta authorization continues in the browser.

● Checking live bridge

Brand identity and connected accounts

The free-text branding below controls which business name appears in replies and branded documents.

Enter the exact public-facing brand name. This is independent from the Facebook or Instagram account name.
This organizes the Page, Shopify store, ad account, campaigns, dataset, KPIs, and ROAS under one unambiguous title.
This is an internal bridge label; it does not rename the Shopify store itself.
Facebook PageNot connectedConnect a Page administered by this brand owner.
Instagram professional accountNot connectedBusiness or Creator accounts only.
Message auto-reply

When off, inquiries are recorded for KPI reporting but no automatic reply is sent.

Changes apply immediately.

Shopify Draft orders

When on, a draft is created only after a verified quotation and the customer replies CONFIRM.

Forwarded or unclear order text alone will not create a draft.

Meta channel webhook

Checks the selected brand’s Facebook or Instagram connection.

What the live reply flow does

1. Answers the inquiry first
Checks live Shopify price or location-level stock before replying.

2. Gets the mobile or Viber number naturally
Asks during a buying conversation, then follows up after the configured delay.

3. Prepares branded documents
Creates a quotation or a detailed package ROI PDF from verified prices and confirmed inputs.

🔒 ProtectedTruthfulness rules are always on

No guessed stock, price, brand availability, or replacement. Alternatives must come from the current Shopify catalog, and their stock is checked only after the customer selects one.

Reply style & messages

Changes here affect future automated replies.

Communication style

Adaptive uses natural Taglish when the customer uses Filipino words, otherwise clear English with a warm Filipino service tone.
This records the team’s tone standard. The exact saved wording in the message boxes below controls what customers receive.
The default target is 50 characters. Product names, verified stock, prices, quotations, and option lists may extend only when the needed facts do not fit safely.
When enabled, the app blocks any saved template containing more than one question mark.
If the requested brand or exact product is not found, only Shopify-listed alternatives are shown. No invented replacement.
🔒 Brand-specific wording

Selected brand identity

Messages use the active workspace’s saved identity.

Not set
Use only the positioning approved for this brand.
Not set
Prohibited wording is controlled per brand workspace.

Editable reply messages

Keep placeholders such as {product} and {quantity}; the bridge fills them with verified details.

Office hours & phone timing

These hours separate response-speed reporting during and outside office hours.

The number is first requested naturally during a stock, quote, or order conversation. This delayed message is used only if no number has been received.

Brands & item naming

Edit approved descriptions and customer-facing product-line names without changing Shopify inventory records.

Brand profile

Item-level brand rule

Higher priority wins. Use exact SKU rules when one product needs a special name.

Category selling propositions

Give each product category a clear, editable sales angle and control whether it may enter the guided ROI flow.

Serving grams stay blank until the value is approved. The bot will ask for the customer’s actual planning input instead of inventing a yield.

Sales proposition

Used only as a disclosed planning suggestion; the customer must still confirm it.

Configured categories

Higher priority wins when more than one rule matches a product.

Simple ROI calculator options

Set a separate customer flow for Ice Cream, Coffee, and Milk Tea—as a standalone business or an add-on.

Blank numeric fields are never guessed: the bot asks the customer. The seeded 3% loss and 30 operating days apply only to Ice Cream • Business Add-on because those values appear in the referenced TOP Creamery calculator; every setting remains editable.

Calculator preset

Comma-separated words that identify this business in a message.

Simple planning defaults

Leave blank to ask the customer during chat.

Suggestion is disclosed; customer still confirms.
Shown in the saved calculation assumptions for auditability.

Configured calculators

Click Edit to change the questions, proposition, or defaults used for future chats.

Owner-approved chat learning

Review past conversations and save the response you want reused for similar future questions.

The app never learns automatically. Phone numbers and email addresses are redacted. Static learned replies are blocked for live price, stock, and order facts.

Preparation & ROI knowledge

Add reviewed source material that the bot may retrieve. Plain text, Markdown, CSV, and JSON files are supported.

Knowledge source

The file is read in this browser, then saved as searchable text. PDF and image OCR are not enabled in this version.

Indexed knowledge

Click Edit to review or replace the source. Deactivate outdated files instead of leaving conflicting guidance active.

Exact measurement rules

Bot first response
Customer message to the first reply registered by this Worker.

Human first response
Customer message to the first Page reply not already logged by this Worker.

Human takeover
Time between the bot’s first reply and the human’s first reply.

Bot-resolved means the flow marked the immediate inquiry resolved and no human replied. Awaiting human means the bot requested a handoff, or nobody answered, and no human reply is recorded. Older records remain unclassified rather than being guessed. Guardrail: another external automation could look human unless that sender is separately instrumented.

The present month runs from the 1st through now. Last month is the complete prior calendar month. Existing history is retained; only the visible current-month score resets.

Tracking setup for this Page

This setup applies only to the active brand workspace.

Records the ad ID and referral data sent by Meta when an ad opens Messenger.
A quote or paid order is attributed only to this Page’s latest referral inside the selected window.
Digits only. Spend sync stays locked until Meta grants and connects ads_read.
This is for website and checkout collection through Shopify—not code that runs inside Messenger.
Use the exact name shown in Shopify’s Facebook & Instagram data-sharing settings.
Select the exact level shown in Shopify. Record verification only after the same dataset appears in Shopify and Meta Events Manager.

Purchase owner
Shopify website Pixel + CAPI. The bridge will not resend a Shopify checkout as a Messenger Purchase.
Messaging events
Only quote completion → LeadSubmitted and confirmed Draft Order → InitiateCheckout.

Shopify website collection should be configured through the official Facebook & Instagram by Meta sales channel. Messenger/Instagram conversions use Meta’s separate Business Messaging CAPI and require page_events (Facebook) or instagram_manage_events (Instagram), plus Ads Management Standard Access. A saved ID alone is not proof of a working connection.

Non-customer measurement exclusions

Messenger and bridge KPIs

In Chat Learning, choose a known account and click Exclude from measurement. Future messages, ad referrals, lead stages, conversions, learning candidates and response KPIs from that same Page-scoped account are not recorded. Existing operational chat rows remain stored but are omitted from reports.

Classify only known accounts. The app never guesses that someone is a competitor from their message.
Website Pixel/CAPI is separate
This control cannot stop Shopify’s official Meta Pixel or server-side Conversions API. Do not enter home addresses or mobile IPs. Staff devices must deny Shopify analytics and marketing consent, or the storefront integration must be changed at its source. A customer-list audience only prevents ad delivery; it does not erase Pixel events.

Continuity without double counting

1 · Ad to chat
Meta referral records the Page, ad ID, and customer thread.

2 · Chat progress
The bridge records genuine engagement, buying intent, quotation, and Draft Order steps.

3 · Website sale
Shopify Pixel/CAPI records checkout behavior; Shopify orders/paid confirms paid revenue for bridge ROAS.

Lead-quality rules

Click-only
Meta referral received, but no customer message or buying action is recorded.

Buying intent
The customer asks about price, stock, an order, a business package, or ROI.

Qualified
The customer provides a mobile/Viber number, completes a quotation, or confirms a Draft Order.

These are evidence-based rules, not a personality judgment. A click-only person may still buy later; the status automatically moves upward when stronger evidence arrives.

Campaign and ad-set IDs appear after Meta Ads Insights is connected. Until then, referral rows can still be separated by Meta ad ID.
